At this time, due to our workload with custom orders, we are not able to offer miniatures in any other scale besides 1:12 scale.
No! All miniature creations are designed only for adult collectors. They are NOT toys and are not suitable for children. They are collectibles made for display and decorative purposes only.
No, none of the products sold on our website are edible. While they may look real, all products are made from a variety of materials ranging from polymer clay to paper to resin, but they are not made from edible substances.
Yes, we work in a smoke-free environment.
No, our studio is a pet-friendly workplace and has both cats and dogs, so if you suffer from allergies please keep this in mind.
It depends, but the answer is often yes! Feel free to contact us with the specific item you’re interested in, and we can let you know.
Most often, yes! As long as your requested personalization will fit within the existing design without requiring additional changes, that’s no problem. If your customization needs are more complex, we can discuss a custom design.
Absolutely, we are happy to help. We are, however, unable to accommodate requests for designs that would incorporate the trademarked, licensed or copyrighted images, phrases, logos, and other intellectual property belonging to third parties for which we do not have a license.
Yes, we can enlarge a sign for a small additional fee, but the maximum size is 4″ on the longest dimension.
We can only create a design with intellectual property from franchises like these if you have a commercial license for usage.
In two different ways:
1. We create a unique design in our design software with commercially licensed graphics, vectors and/or fonts that we have purchased. We create designs that are exclusive to our shop.
OR
2. We will purchase a completed design with a commercial use license and shrink it down to a miniature version!
We do not use graphics/fonts/photos that are not commercially licensed OR in the public domain for free usage, as we take intellectual property and copyright ownership very seriously and work hard to source graphic assets from reputable sources and other small business owners. However, if you believe there is a copyright issue with any of our designs, please contact us.
Each item that is backordered is made to order by hand, so please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for production. We make every effort to ship orders as soon as possible.
You can check out securely with PayPal or with any credit card. We use Stripe, a trusted third-party processor, for credit card payments. We do not have access to your personal credit card payment information, nor do we store that data. Please note that charges will appear on your statement as Pitera Studios DBA The Petite Provisions Co.
As of July 1, 2021, we no longer sell outside the United States and Canada on this website due to changes to international VAT requirements. If you are located outside of the U.S. or Canada and would like to place an order, please do so on Etsy!
